Steel Hinged Doors

Our Steel Doors are purpose made to suit new or existing structural openings for use as Security Doors, Escape Doors, Fire Doors or Personnel Doors etc.

Door sets with single or double leafs and with side panels or over panels as required are made to suit each individual situation giving the widest range of solutions for each opening.

Glazed panels in various sizes can be fitted with standard or special glass, for example high security or fire resistant.

Door leafs and frames are manufactured from Zintec steel sheets in thickness to suit leaf sizes.

Frame depths can be from 90mm to 150mm as standard with wider or wrap around frames manufactured to suit clients requirements.

Unless specified the leaf is supplied with our standard honeycomb filler which is still as strong and rigid as a Rockwool filled leaf but is very much lighter.

Standard thickness is 45mm, but any other thickness is available on request.

Rockwall insulation can be used in the leaf and frame to achieve required thermal resistance.

Doors sets can be finished in a very wide range of colours, including marine grade.

• Thresholds in standard designs to suit internal or external opening leafs, low level ramped thresholds to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act.

• Quality panic bars, sash locks, lever handles, dead locks etc. or any special system required.
• Integral Anti Jemmy strip to resist attack with a crowbar.
